Product Pricing and Use
GoogleFlags strives to provide up to date information concerning product descriptions, pictures, and pricing, however GoogleFlags makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Mistakes may occur. When a mistake is noticed, it will be corrected as soon as possible. GoogleFlags assumes no liability or responsibility for any error or omission in the content of the web site. Where necessary, an order may be cancelled prior to shipping the product if the product is listed with incorrect information due to an error. If an order must be cancelled, and your credit card has been charged, a credit will be issued to your credit card account for the full amount charged. As of Feb 3rd, 2003 all prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice. GoogleFlags reserves the right to limit quantities.

Refund and Return Policy
Returns/Refunds: Unfortunately, product returns are not accepted. All sales are final. However, we do strive to serve you in the best way possible. If you have any questions about any of our products, or you would like suggestions about amounts to order for a particular event, please contact us before placing your order. We are more than happy to assist you, our valuable customer!
Shortages: All orders are double checked before shipping to ensure that all ordered items are included. In the rare case that you receive an incomplete order, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment! Shortages will be re-shipped at our expense OR you will be given a credit on your account for the value of the missing items if the shortage is not due to mishandling/damage by the carrier (see below).
Damages: All shipments that are received in visibly damaged condition MUST be reported to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt. Also, damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your shipment so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier. You must keep the boxes that your order was shipped in for inspection of damages. Please note that all shipments are carefully packaged, and damages due to shipping are very rare!
Defective Merchandise: Notification of defective merchandise must be made to us within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. We may require that the defective merchandise be returned to us for inspection, however DO NOT return any merchandise without getting approval from us first, as it will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable, and all return shipping costs (when authorized) are the responsibility of the customer. All defective merchandise issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. We always have our customers best interests in mind and are very flexible, however, even though our products are quality novelty items they do not come with performance guarantees!

Shipping & Handling
Google Flags charges a flat rate shipping fee for all orders. We will ship orders anywhere in the world. Customer orders will be shipped within one business day of receipt of payment. In North America our primary shipping method is UPS ground. We can make alternate arrangements but the customer must contact GoogleFlags.com prior to their order being processed.

Fraudulent credit card activity

We will only use your personal information and email address for fulfilling your order and sending you order related information such as a confirmation of shipment or delivery tracking information.
